Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 150-S135NBD controller is an SMC-50 controller that has an internal bypass. When this controller’s rated power is 200 or 208 Volts AC its control power voltage range is 100 to 240 Volts AC at a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. 

It will also put out 30 Horsepower of maximum output power at 60 Hertz frequency and it utilizes a motor current of 135 Amps at these rated power levels. At a rated power of 230 Volts AC, the 150-S135NBD controller’s rated motor current is 27 to 108 Amps, its rated control power voltage is 100 to 240 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz, and its output power is 30 kilowatts maximum at 50 Hertz and 40 Horsepower maximum at 60 Hertz. 

At a rated power of 400/415 or 460 Volts AC, this SMC-50 controller operates with 100 to 240 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz, 27 to 108 Amps of motor current, and 55 kilowatts and 75 Horsepower of maximum output power. 

150-S135NBD controller can be used with line-connected motors at any of these power ratings. SMC-50 controller with an internal bypass can also work with Delta-connected motors, but its specifications are different with Delta-connected motors than with line-connected motors. 

At a rated voltage of 200 to 208 Volts AC with Delta-connected motors, the 150-S108NBD controller runs on a motor current rating of 47 to 187 Amps, 60 Horsepower of maximum output power at 60 Hertz frequency, and an AC control power voltage of 100 to 240 Volts AC. The 150-S135NBD controller uses the same power voltage range at rated voltages of 230, 400/415, and 460 Volts AC with Delta-connected motors.
