1734-IE8C has Eight (8) single-ended Current input channels that are capable of receiving electrical analog signals of 0-20 mA or 4-20mA. Analog signals represent the actual magnitude of a variable. The module processes and converts the received analog signal from the input channels simultaneously through a delta-sigma conversion type. The converted data is stored as a Signed Integer for further processing such as Input scaling.
1734-IE8C will not operate without an appropriate POINT IO communication adapter installed.
